SparkPlug
A downloadable game for Android
โจ Explore. Think. Tinker. Race.
SparkPlug is a cozy, colorful toy-world adventure about exploring a storybook town, solving practical problems, customizing your character, and watching your actions bring the world to life.
Explore themed districts, meet cute characters, discover mysterious landmarks, and solve bite-sized logic challenges where every solution has a visible consequence in the world.
A little curiosity can take you a long way.
๐ง Think. Explore. Tinker. Race.
SparkPlug isn't just about solving puzzles — it's about seeing your ideas change the world.
- ๐ง Critical Thinking — solve challenges involving deduction, sequencing, spatial reasoning, balancing, pattern recognition, route planning, classification, and cause-and-effect.
- ๐ Immersive Toy World — explore a colorful miniature town where solving problems can restore bridges, waterways, machinery, roads, and community spaces.
- ๐พ Cute Characters — create and customize your Spark Buddy with different appearances, outfits, accessories, and collectibles.
- ๐งฉ 50 Puzzle Stories — five chapters introduce a variety of logic challenges designed to reward observation and experimentation.

- ๐ฎ Mini-Games & Playgrounds — take a break from puzzles with racing, building, decorating, and other interactive activities.
- ๐ฅ LAN Co-op — invite friends or family on the same local network and explore, interact, solve problems, and race together.

- ๐พ Offline-First — the core adventure and progression are designed to work without an online account or persistent internet connection.
๐บ๏ธ A World That Responds
SparkPlug's puzzles aren't just abstract screens.
Your actions are connected to the world around you.
Repair something and see it working.
Solve a route problem and watch an area open up.
Complete a challenge and discover what changed.
The goal is to make solving a problem feel like you've actually helped this little world.
๐งฉ Built Around Curiosity
SparkPlug currently contains 50 puzzle stories across five chapters, with challenges built around different forms of reasoning.
You'll encounter things such as:
- sequencing
- deduction
- spatial reasoning
- balancing
- route planning
- pattern recognition
- classification
- cause and effect
The intention isn't to make every puzzle difficult.
It's to make players stop for a moment and think:
"Wait... what if I try this?"
๐๏ธ SparkPlug Grand Prix
Need a break from thinking?
Get behind the wheel.
The Grand Prix turns the world into a compact technical racing circuit where you can:
- drive from cockpit or third-person views
- navigate checkpoints
- use turbo
- honk your horn
- toggle headlights
- experiment with the track
- race alongside other players on LAN
It's deliberately playful rather than hardcore simulation.
๐พ Make Your Spark Buddy Yours
Create a character and experiment with different appearances and cosmetic equipment.
The Character Studio lets you explore your character's:
- appearance
- face
- hair
- style
- outfits
- accessories
Then take your Spark Buddy out into the world.
๐ฅ Play Together — Locally
SparkPlug supports private LAN multiplayer for players on the same local network.
Play together without public matchmaking or open online chat.
You can explore the world together, interact with shared activities, and jump into multiplayer racing.
For this playtest, LAN is one of the areas where we especially want feedback.
๐งช This Is an Early Public Playtest
This is SparkPlug's initial public testing run.
The game is playable, but it is still being tuned and polished.
That means you may encounter:
- visual glitches
- UI oddities
- camera issues
- puzzle/interaction bugs
- unusual character behavior
- racing/vehicle handling that needs tuning
- Android touch-control issues
- performance differences between devices
- LAN connection or synchronization problems
- unfinished polish
- bugs that we haven't managed to find yet
That's what this release is for.
If something breaks, behaves strangely, feels confusing, or simply isn't fun, please tell us.
Even a report like:
"I don't know what happened, but this felt weird."
can be useful.
